Ainslie's Pavilion

We are aiming to replace the current pavilion at Purton Cricket Club with a brand new one, built in memory of Ainslie Duffell. This new pavilion will help both the cricket club and the local community. We want to make the new pavilion accessible for the disabled as the current one is not. Incorporated within a new pavilion would be new changing rooms which we also hope will encourage more girls to start playing cricket at our club. We have not set a financial target for our fundraising efforts at this stage. Instead, we are working towards an end date, which is to be able to begin work on the new pavilion at the end of 2020 to coincide with the cricket club's 200th anniversary.
